#001 | (Life Update) Five Things
According to our CRM stats, the last time we sent a newsletter update was—let's check—January.
Apparently, we haven't had anything noteworthy to share this year! But today we do. (5 things, actually.)
1st, after five years traveling the world as digital nomads, we’ve finally put down roots.
Adulting…activated.
Micah’s 18 weeks pregnant (!), and this week we moved into our new home in Sunshine Beach, Noosa. It’s a dream come true and the start of an exciting new chapter for us.
Of course, “settling down” comes with its quirks. Like debating for the first time ever in our lives what colour bed linen and towels to buy...
('Charcoal' is different from black… right?)

2. The Female Transformation Formula is now Lifestyle Physique
If you’ve been following us for a while, you might’ve noticed we rebranded last year.
Same mission, different name. What was once called the Female Transformation Formula (FTF) is now called Lifestyle Physique (LXP).
Why the change?
a) The honest answer... when we started the coaching program five years ago, we wanted to call it Lifestyle Physique, but we couldn’t afford the domain name at the time 😅
b) But more importantly, we want the brand to reflect the true heart of what we do, and be a statement for what you can achieve.
Showing you that yes, with the right approach, it is possible to get in incredible shape, in a simple, healthy and sustainable way.
You don't have to choose between being in amazing shape, or living a great lifestyle - you can have both.
As coaches we believe most body transformations fail because of the one-dimensional focus the fitness industry has on solely trying to change the way you look.
We believe transformation needs to be more holistic - where the focus is on building a new way of living—so you not only 'look' incredible, but FEEL incredible too.
So that’s what Lifestyle Physique is all about.
That's the vision.

3. A New Way To Explore What We Do.
For years, we said we’d only ever offer 1-1 coaching because it’s the best way for us to guarantee you incredible results.
One-on-one coaching is what allows us to dive deep into the mindset and personal development work required for real change, and fully personalise the plan to each individual.
And we still believe that.
But we also know, not everyone is ready to dive into the full experience right away.
